Because every piece is one-of-one, all sales are final — there are no exchanges, since a sold item can't be relisted for someone else.

That said, every item is measured, photographed, and described as accurately as possible before it's listed. If something arrives materially different from its listing, or authenticity is ever in question, contact me within 3 days of delivery and I'll make it right with a full refund.
