Free shipping on every order within the United States. Orders ship within 2 business days of purchase unless a listing notes otherwise, and tracking is provided on every order.

Voidwardrobe is one person, not a warehouse — if a real-life circumstance affects that timeline, I'll reach out directly. If I'm away for an extended stretch, the site switches to Vacation Mode: a banner and a note on every listing will show the date shipping resumes. Orders placed during that window are still accepted, just fulfilled once I'm back.

International shipping is quoted at real carrier rates during checkout — pick your country on the product page or at checkout to see live options before you pay. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Every order ships insured for its full value. Domestic orders of $300 or more also require a signature on delivery; most international services don't offer signature confirmation, so those ship insured and fully tracked instead. Every order ships only to the address verified at checkout.
